Springfield Partner's current services include:
- Carbon Literacy Training: In partnership with Lighthouse Sustainability we design and deliver Carbon Literacy for the Community and Carbon Literacy for Domestic Retrofit courses (the latter supported by HerRetrofitSpace). In both these settings Vicki bring's her construction, sustainability, BREEAM and training experience to support course participants (with professional and personal interests) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions within their sphere of influence, be that housing, workplace or community.
- Deliberative Discussions: In partnership with Thinking Box and TalkShop we run Win-Win Workshops (e.g. 2 hrs, half a day, a day) to demonstrate a process for finding common ground where views are divided or polarised. These workshops support participants to connect, have constructive conversations and move forward with a solution based on a new understanding of individual perspectives. This process is powerful, can be fostered to become second nature and can be applied to any setting where there are differing views (workplace, relationships, planning, community).
We offer workshops on polarising topics we have researched (such as immigration, ultraprocessed food regulation, assisted dying) and also work in planning (e.g. 20mph speed limits) or business situations (e.g. where to invest money) where there are different views on the best way forward and stakeholders want to find an approach that works for everyone.
