About Vicki (Director)
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer (MEng CEng MICE) turned sustainability consultant with over 25 years of experience in the built environment and sustainability sector including design office, site work, training, Carbon Literacy, BREEAM and workshop facilitation.
I believe that we need to focus on the climate crisis as a matter of urgency and in an increasingly polarised world we also need to learn how to have constructive conversations when we disagree on how to move forward. My work is focused on these areas as I believe we all have the power to instigate positive change and we undoubtably have more common ground that we are led to believe.

I lead and support transformational initiatives within businesses, working with clients and stakeholders to deliver and manage change within their organisations
